Build a bridge
Through tackling the collaborative effort of bridge building, groups gain an understanding of the importance of alignment, roadmapping, and team strengths and resources.
How to
- Introduce the concept of bridge building as a collaborative effort.
- Invite the group to “build a bridge” with minimal instruction
Materials provided can vary; some favourites are:
- masking tape
- flip chart paper
- scissors
- string
- reusable plastic cups
- Allow chaos to ensue!
- Allow the team to present their bridge and share back on their experience collaborating with each other.
