Connect a story
Boost collaboration, communication skills and creativity by having your team build a story together using random words or sentences.
How to

Gather group members and determine an order for them to participate in. For example, arrange everyone in a circle and go clockwise.

Ask the first participant to start the story by saying a word or sentence that pops into their head (this can be totally random or themed to be work-related or any hot topic).

The next person then says a word that is related to the previous one in some way.

Continue going around the group, taking turns adding words or sentences until a connected story is created by all of the group’s contributions.
What we like about it
This activity allows team members to work together to have fun, tap into their creative side and share a bit about themselves and their thinking process.
